Why there is no consent banner at present

UK rules require information and, in general, consent before non-essential cookies or similar storage/access technologies are used. Because this website currently does not intentionally use those technologies, a consent banner is not required for the website as it is currently configured.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted by names.co.uk. Hosting infrastructure may create server or access logs for operation and security. These are not advertising cookies placed by the Halls Gas website code. names.co.uk publishes its own privacy information about its services.

External services

Links on this website can open third-party services such as WhatsApp, Facebook or Google. Once you leave hallsgas.co.uk, those providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Halls Gas does not control cookies set on third-party websites or apps.

Future changes

If Halls Gas later adds analytics, advertising pixels, embedded third-party content or another technology that requires consent, this policy and the website consent controls must be updated before that technology is enabled.
